Terms of use
1. The service
myetern is a site and an app for working with data on an infinite canvas: nodes and links, data sources, runs and document assembly, team collaboration. By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Account and teams
An account is created with an e-mail address that you confirm. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account. A team belongs to its owner; the owner decides whom to invite, which rights to grant and when to close the team.
3. Your data
Workspace contents, files and documents belong to you and your team. We do not read them or use them for anything other than running the service. A document can be exported in full at any time. Values marked as secrets are encrypted on your side and we cannot read them.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for malicious code, spam, violating other people's rights or circumventing technical limits. Code execution in the cloud happens only in an isolated environment and only with the team's explicit permission. We may restrict access on violation, with a notice by e-mail.
5. Plans and the beta
For the duration of testing every plan is provided free of charge. Once payments arrive, existing teams keep their chosen plan until the end of the paid period, and we announce the transition in advance. Plan limits are listed on the pricing page.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, in beta status. We do our best to keep data and availability, take history snapshots and backups, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect losses. Always keep a copy of important documents via export.
7. Account deletion
An account can be deleted from the profile. During the grace period teams go to the archive and data is recoverable; afterwards it is deleted for good. The owner of a team with members transfers ownership first.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. We announce material changes by e-mail and in the news at least 14 days before they take effect.
